Flat-rate pricing
One price covers delivery, the rental window, pickup, and disposal up to your weight allowance. The only thing that can change it is going over weight — and we tell you that rate up front.

What could add to the price?
Just three things — and we tell you about all of them before you book:
- Going over the weight allowance — billed at the per-ton overage rate on the actual certified scale ticket, never an estimate.
- Extra rental days — a flat daily rate if you keep the bin past the included window. Just call before your pickup date.
- Prohibited items — hazardous or banned material found in a load gets returned and can trigger a facility fine.
That’s the whole list. No fuel surcharges, no “environmental fees,” no surprise admin charges.
Heavy material? Read this.
Concrete, dirt, brick, tile, and shingles are dense — they hit the weight allowance long before they fill the bin. For those jobs we usually recommend a smaller “heavy-only” bin, which is cheaper to dispose and keeps you well under the limit.
