Privacy
This template collects only what you submit through the booking and quote forms (name, contact details, address, and project notes) to schedule and price your rental. We don’t sell your information. Form submissions in this demo are not transmitted or stored — the forms route to a confirmation page only.
Terms of service
Rentals are subject to a signed rental agreement covering placement, the included rental period, weight allowance, overage rates, prohibited materials, and the customer’s responsibility for permits where required. The customer is responsible for ensuring a safe, legal, accessible placement location and for the contents of the container.
Pricing & flat-rate disclosure
All prices shown are illustrative flat-rate starting points for this template and vary by location, material, weight, and rental window. You always receive a written quote before delivery. The flat rate covers delivery, the included rental period, pickup, and disposal up to the stated weight allowance.
Weight allowance & overage
Weight allowances and overage rates shown are illustrative for this template. Overage is billed at the stated per-ton rate based on the actual certified scale ticket. Heavy material (concrete, dirt, shingles, tile) reaches the weight limit well before filling the bin.
Prohibited & hazardous materials
Prohibited and hazardous materials may not be placed in any container. Items found in a load may be returned to the customer and can result in a disposal-facility fine. Consult your local household-hazardous-waste program for proper disposal.
Permits & placement
Street and public right-of-way placement may require a municipal permit, which is the customer’s responsibility; we provide guidance and assistance. Driveway and private-property placement generally does not require a permit. Requirements vary by municipality.
Licensing & insurance
Haulyard Roll-Off Dumpsters is a licensed and insured solid-waste hauler (OH Solid Waste Hauler Reg. #SW-44182; USDOT #3489120) carrying a $2,000,000 general-liability policy. License, registration, and DOT numbers shown are illustrative for this template.
